Daily Food Diary

If you are dealing with a lot of symptoms,
including the symptom of obesity, it might be good
to keep a log of the foods you are consuming as this will
give you an idea of what might be contributing to your
less than ideal health.

With the begining of each new year come
                  many new year resolutions...

On most top 10 list you will find goals like:

                               *Get Fit
                      *Weight Loss
                      *Eat Healthier
                      *Enjoy Life More (less stress)

With that in mind I hope that this information proves helpful
to you in reaching any goals you might have set for the new year.

Now, many people think they have a "healthy” diet, and therefore never stop to think that their health symptoms might be coming from an actually "unhealthy" diet.

You can better help yourself determine if this is the case for you by keeping a log of exactly what you are eating.  Then you can look back and get a much more accurate picture as to what sort of diet you actually have; one contributing to your maintaining your health
or one that is actually breaking your health down.

No it’s probably not going to be a cure-all
for you, but it can certainly help you on
your way to optimal health.

With that in mind I have created a Weekly Food Diary that can help you track your food and drink intake each day and may also be very helpful in not only determining how you are eating but may also in determining what foods may be triggering your symptoms.

Then, you can begin to make changes by eliminating those factors contributing to poor health, and increasing those that make you feel good.

So that everyone can benefit I am offering the
Weekly Food Diary as a free download from my
website and please let me know if it was able to help
you get a handle on your health or if you need more
suggestions on how to use this more effectively.
